Sony NP-FV70 InfoLITHIUM rechargeable battery pack.  This extended life rechargable battery is supplied with any of the EVS towers.  It provides upto 6 hours of camcorder use.  It is rechargeable by connecting the charging cable that comes with your camcorder to an AC outlet.
